Our Investment Strategy

Property Bonds are asset backed, therefore the investor will have a legal charge on the underlying property or a debenture on the development company assets.

We only partner with developers who use a FCA Regulated Security Trustee. The role of the trustee is to act on behalf of the investor pursuant to the terms of the investment agreement. They add an additional layer of security for the investor.

The development companies we introduce to our clients have extensive track records and experienced teams to ensure guidelines and returns are paid on time, every time.
